AT&S helps children’s dream come true
The Austrian PCB manufacturer AT&S has made children's hearts leap for joy at Expo 2010 in Shanghai.
Last weekend the Austrian pavilion at Expo 2010 in Shanghai welcomed its millionth visitor – a member of a group of children from Yunnan. AT&S China sponsored the trip.
The idea for the children's visit was floated by football star Sun Xiang, an ambassador for the Austrian pavilion. AT&S China agreed to pay for the journey to Shanghai.
"As Austrian investors in China, we are committed to doing our bit for the community,” explained AT&S CEO Andreas Gerstenmayer. The journey to Shanghai was a dream come true for the ten-strong group.
