Elprog invests in new machinery

The German EMS provider Elprog has invested in new machinery.
The EMS provider Elprog—based in Benediktbeuern (Germany—has ordered a new pick & place machine from Asembléon during last year's Productronics. The new machine has now been installed into the production area of the EMS-provider.

The new pick & place machine is a MG1R from Assembléon has been installed and is running smoothly. With the new machine, Elprog is able to increase its production capacity and the overall performance and flexibility of the SMT department has been improved further, the company states.

Additional to that, Elprog also invested in a new screen printer from Ekra earlier this year. This machine was also ordered during productronica.
