Teknek invest in Customer support for Latin America

Ms Mariel Montes who originates from Mexico City will provide customer support as well as organise the creation of marketing materials and websites in Spanish. The move follows the recent announcement by the company that it has opened a North American sales, service and consumables production facility in Charlotte (North Carolina). “We have an excellent customer base in Latin America including some of the world’s leading multinational electronics companies. Mariel’s appointment will enable us to offer an even better level of service to our customers in the region,” said Stephen Mitchell, managing director, Teknek, in a press release.
