Foxconn enters touch panel market
One of Foxconn's subsidiaries, G-Tech Optoelectronics - an optical glass processing service provider, has entered the touch panel market.
Taiwan-based G-Tech Optoelectronics has started to produce indium tin oxide (ITO) glass products, reports DigiTimes. The company shipped small volumes during the 1Q/2009. It is estimated that G-Tech will supply Innolux Display (an LCD making affiliate of Foxconn) as soon as mass production starts.
