Electrolux lays off 110 in Hungary

The Sweden based household manufacturer plans to lay off 110 employees in Hungary. The company has already informed the Public Employment Service and the unions about this decision.
The reason for the cut backs is the switching from an eight-shift to a seven-shift working week, said Budapest Times. In Hungary, Electrolux employs around 4800 staff.
