Neways acquires i-Products

i-Products specialises in the development and engineering of electronic components and systems. The acquisition is in line with Neways' objective of boosting its development arm and further develop its one-stop-provider concept. i-Products has its head office in Leende (the Netherlands) and has 15 developers and engineers. The company will be fully integrated in the development company Neways Technologies in Son. The acquisition will be financed entirely by own resources.
