Scanfil signed a preliminary agreement to sell Oulu plant

This agreement may lead to final contract during the year 2008. The preliminary agreement is valid up to end of the year. If the deal of facilities is realized according to the preliminary agreement it has positive effect to company's financial result. Scanfil’s CEO Mr. Harri Takanen did not want to give out any comment on the name of the company that has signed the agreement with Scanfil.
