LFoundry shows profitability recovery

During the quarter, LFoundry announced the availability of its LF110 PDK (Process Design Kit), a key milestone for the production of semiconductors in its 110nm Aluminum process. The PDK was released after two years of development and over EUR 5 million in R&D investments. © Lfoundry Jean-Pierre Delesse, President of LFoundry Rousset commented: “The fact that our EBITDA is now positive and reaches 6% of our revenue validates our business model, concentrated on fast growing market segments and applications.
