General information

As an exhibitor you are offered the following package:
  • Exhibition area (cm, Length x Width) 200x120
  • One table (cm, Length x Width x Height): 180x80x72
  • One white table cloth
  • One electrical power outlet
  • Access to all presentations
The cost for this is EUR 2,250 + VAT. All exhibitors are invited to register for our networking dinner on the night before the exhibition. The participation in the dinner is free of charge. We will invoice you six (6) months prior to the expo or, at the latest, when the booking is confirmed. Payment is due ten (10) workdays after receipt of the invoice.
