Samtec’s in-house Signal Integrity Services Division regularly works with customers to design optimum conductor routing and terminations to achieve the desired performance in high speed flex circuit applications. Typical applications include complex double-layer and multi-layer constructions. These designs are then manufactured using Samtec’s flex circuit manufacturing line. A complete end-to-end interconnect solution is achieved by adding components to the flex including Samtec’s extensive line of high speed, board-to-board, and I/O connectors as well as other passive components and commodity connectors available from other manufacturers. Additionally, Samtec supplies a full line of standard high speed data links with a wide variety of options including single-ended and differential pair signal routing, mounting and locking options for rugged applications, and socket, terminal, and ZIF flex terminations.
