New supervisory director<br>appointed at Rood Testhouse
On March 26, 2007 the general meeting of shareholders of Rood Testhouse International N.V. approved the appointment of Mr Ad Mommer to the supervisory board.
The appointment has taken effect immediately. The shareholders also approved the proposal to extend the employment contract of CEO Mr Philip Nijenhuis by more than one year until December 31, 2009.
