Nanya land iPhone PCB order
Taiwan based Nanya Printed Circuit Board Corporation will supply high density interconnect (HDI) PCBs for the upcoming Apple iPhone.
Nanya is scheduled to deliver the PCBs in early April, according to company sources, cited by CENS. Nanya PCB is expected to deliver about 30% of Apple iPhone's global orders, benefit from increasing market demand for PBGA and CSP boards, and receive return of orders for graphic cards from Nvidia. This, in turn, will help Nanya PCB's sales revenue to grow significantly in the second quarter, the sources said. Based on an estimated shipment of 10 million iPhones, Nanya PCB is likely to score 30% of orders from Apple iPhone.
