Atlas Elektronik takes over marine<br>electronics from EADS
Atlas Elektronik acquires the marine electronics unit which is jointly owned by EADS and ThyssenKrupp.
Through this over taking Atlas Elektronik will add 300 employers and five new units to its operations.
Since August 2006 Atlas Elektronik is a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp and EADS which means that the marine electronics operations just shifted management within the company group.
