Labtech acquires Filtronic's microwave assets
Intelek plc's subsidiary Labtech Ltd. has purchased the assets of Filtronic's microwave components facility in Milton Keynes, UK.
The purchase allows Labtech to extend it's range of microwave design and manufacturing services. The Milton Keynes site will be renamed "Labtech microwave". Labtech's site in Presteigne, Wales will be renamed "Labtech Circuits" where advanced microwave printed circuit boards will be manufactured.
A three-year supply agreement has also been signed between Labtech and Filtronic Components Ltd.
