Wafer fab equipment up for auction
Following the collapse of Optical semiconductor startup Kamelian Ltd. In England, auctioneering firm Henry Butcher International Ltd., is organizing the sale by auction of the entire contents of Kamelian's indium phosphide wafer fab.
The sale takes place on Tuesday September 14 at Kamelian's facility in Oxford, England with viewing possible on Monday September 13. The auction is also due to be webcast with over-the-Internet participation, EETimes UK reports.
