EMS providers to move production back to Europe

Flextronics's CEO Michael Marks recently told Reuters that EMS expansions in China may have reached their peak.

Both Celestica and Flextronics have plans to move production to Eastern Europe. The main reasons are the rising production costs in China and the transportational problems. With the manufacturing closer to the consumers the transportational costs and time can be significantly reduced.
