UGS names new boss for Germany
Unigraphics Solutions GmbH, the German subsidiary of UGS Corp., appoints Martien Merks as its new managing director.
Martien Merks has previously been in charge of the UGS Corp's Benelux office. Former German Managing Director George Wessels retires after 19 years. UGS is a supplier of Product Lifecycle management (PLM) tools.
