Electro Canada acquisition completed
With reference to the stock exchange release dated July 13, 2006 concerning the acquisition of Electro Canada companies we confirm that the buyer and seller have fulfilled the terms and conditions for closing.
The purchased business will be included in PKC's consolidated financial statements as of August 1, 2006 as published earlier.
