Synopsys acquires Sigma-C
US based Synopsys has entered a definitive agreement to acquire German lithography simulation vendor Sigma-C for an undisclosed amount.
Germany's Federal Cartel Office has now to decide wether this deal will be approved or not, says a spokesperson.
