Aehr snares USD 2+ million in orders for production test and burn-in

In a press statement, Aehr, a worldwide supplier of semiconductor test and reliability qualification equipment, did not name the customer, but said it was “a leading multi-national manufacturer of advanced logic integrated circuits (ICs) and analog and mixed signal devices for automotive, industrial, communications equipment, enterprise systems and personal electronics applications.” Aehr Executive VP of Sales and Marketing Vernon Rogers said, “Aehr is committed to support this long-term customer with the challenges in meeting the ever-increasing reliability demands of their expanding automotive products line. This order continues extensive local service and applications assistance, as well as preventive maintenance services, at the customer’s worldwide production and development sites to ensure continual optimal performance and throughput from their ABTS and MAX packaged part burn-in systems.” Aehr Test Systems has 86 employees and is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. It has been certified to the International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001 standard since 1997.
