Höllmüller delivers copper plating to Minco

Minco products has bought the latest horizontal Electroless PTH and Copper Plating Technology from HMS Höllmüller.

Minco products is specialized in flexible PCBs and Flex-Rigid PCBs mainly for the medical segment and other demanding HDI applications. Minco also provides service for assembly of individual highly specialized tailor-made electronic components for the Industry.
