FCI to sell European business to Sicame
FCI sells its electrical power interconnect business in Europe and Asia to fellow France based competitor Sicame group.
FCI sells this business to concentrate on its electronic connector business for automotive, communications and consumer markets. The deal does not include FCI's "Burndy" electrical power interconnect businesses in Japan and in the Americas.
