Executive changes at Teledyne

Robyn E. McGowan, Teledyne’s current Vice President-Administration and Human Resources and Assistant Secretary, will be leaving the company effective July 31, 2014, for health reasons. Ms. Masters comes to Teledyne from the Los Angeles office of Winston Strawn LLP, where she was a partner concentrating her practice in labor and employment litigation. “I want to thank Robyn for her outstanding service to Teledyne for over 14 years,” said Robert Mehrabian, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Teledyne. “Robyn first joined Teledyne shortly before its November 1999 spin-off and has played a key role in our strategic transformation from an aerospace and defense-focused company to a high technology industrial company serving multiple markets. I am excited that Anna will be joining the Teledyne executive management team to lead our vital human resources functions. Anna has advised the company on various employment matters since our spin-off and has the experience and talent to fortify Teledyne’s growth.”
