Flextronics to combine three Indian companies
Flextronics International Ltd, will form a subsidiary from three Indian software companies.
Future Software Ltd, DeccaNet Designs and Hughes Software Systems Ltd, will be combined by Flextronics. Arun Kumar from Hughes will lead the new company with 4000 employees.
