Automa-Tech acquires PerkinElmer unit
France based PCB-equipment supplier Automa Tech has completed the acquisition of the lithography systems business unit of US-based optical components and systems company PerkinElmer Optoelectronics SC.
Automa-Tech will manage the acquired company as an autonomous entity and will keep on developing this acknowledged brand. PerkinElmer Optoelectronics, a subsidiary of U.S. group PerkinElmer, Inc., provides optical components and systems, as well as training and support services, to the medical, biotech, military, aerospace, and industrial markets.
