Samsung wants to supply Sony
According to both EETimes and Financial Times, Samsung has initiated talks with Sony about supplying NAND based Flash-memory chips.
The initiated negotiations is concerning a contract that would comprise supply of NAND Flash-memory chips at an estimated value of $1.8 billion.
