Orbotech announces new orders

Orbotech S.A., the European subsidiary of Orbotech Ltd., today announced that Fima srl has purchased a Paragon™-8000 laser direct imaging system and a Discovery™ automated optical inspection (AOI) system for use at its bare printed circuit board manufacturing operation in Vicenza, Italy. Orbotech S.A., also recently announced that Groupe Cire has purchased four Discovery™ automated optical inspection (AOI) systems for use in its multi-site bare printed circuit board manufacturing operation. Last week, Dyconex AG purchased a Paragon™-8000m laser direct imaging system for use at its bare printed circuit board manufacturing facility in Bassersdorf, Switzerland. Finally, Orbotech, INC., the North American subsidiary of Orbotech Ltd., has announced that Merix Corporation has purchased InPlan™ automated engineering software for use in its bare printed circuit board production operation.
