Google looks to the future through glasses

With the release of a cheery video, Google has offered a glimpse into what its wearable glasses might look like, and how we would use them. The future of technology apparently involves ukuleles.

The video officially opens the door on Project Glass, a project within Google X, which plans to deliver wearable glasses that connect to the internet. Below you can see some of the potential features of the glasses, which are in prototype stage, including mapping, voice controlled commands and, basically, complete connectivity. Of course the video doesn't dwell on the potential impracticalities of having the internet on your face, such as navigating with traffic, walls and other minor distractions. Still, it’s all hypothetical at the moment. What features do you think the glasses should have provide?
