Bain Capital acquires FCI
Private equity firm Bain Capital is acquiring the connector and interconnect systems supplier FCI from Areva.
“As a technology leader in the global automotive, communication, consumer electronic and electrical sectors, it was essential for us to find the right partner to work with,” said an FCI spokesman, in a statement.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
