Samsung fined for price-fixing
Samsung Electronics Ltd. and its Samsung Semiconductor have agreed with United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division (DoJ) on paying a fine for price-fixing.
Samsung has to pay $300 million in fine for improper pricing of its Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM).
The matter has now reportedly been fully resolved between the parts.
