Bosch goes for new plant in Hungary

According to Klaus Leopold, managing director of Bosch's local unit – the plant worth EUR 22 million is expected to complete by spring of 2011 and will generate around 1,100 jobs including 80 engineers, reports Portfolio. Robert Bosch Energy and Body Systems unit will produce starters, drive shafts and windshield washer systems. Bosch is moving capacity from Wales to its bases in Miskolc and Hatvan.
