Now it is official: Rohwedder is insolvent
As previously announced, the Germany-based Rohwedder AG has filed for insolvency proceedings last week.
Following the announcement on Wednesday, the company has filed for insolvency proceedings with the district court in Konstanz on Friday—due to imminent illiquidity. The German district court has appointed Dr. Volker Grub as preliminary insolvency administrator.
Despite intensive efforts it was not possible to safeguard the necessary financing, the company announced on Wednesday last week.
