BMS names new CEO

Mr. Rozenberg has spent his entire career in various technical and management roles with Silicon Valley based companies, while spending a significant time running operations in Singapore, Japan, China and Europe. Most recently, he worked as Flextronics' Sr. Vice President and set up the company's St. Petersburg TV manufacturing operation. As a senior country executive at Flextronics Russia,he established a manufacturing and business presence there in 2008. Mr. Rozenberg joined Flextronics in a Solectron acquisition in 2007, where he was a Corporate Technology Sr. Vice President and a Chief Quality Officer (joined in 2005). Prior to Solectron, Mr. Rozenberg worked in management positions for Maxtor Corporation, Conner/Seagate, Apple Computer and Quantum. Mr. Rozenberg is fluent in English, Russian and Japanese. Our mainland operation in St. Petersburg is scheduled to start operation by the end of this summer (2009).
