Orbit One intensifies presence in Russia

Orbit One is already established in Russia with a production facility in Kaliningrad. The company recently did a big push at the ExpoElectronica exhibition in Moscow starting off its marketing activities in the country. “There are many technology companies here who see great opportunities for increased product quality plus improvements in production efficiency by using contract manufacture”, says Mats Johansson, Finance Manager and part owner of Orbit One. From now on the Kaliningrad unit is also acting as a marketing base for Orbit One in Russia. “Our concept is well suited to the Russian market”, explains sales manager Mikael Carlsson. “There are many companies with a high technical level, but which need to rationalise manufacture. Because we can offer services through the total value chain, we can also create very competitive solutions”.
