Formosa Plastics in talks for Qimonda takeover
Taiwanese based Formosa Plastics has reportedly been approached by Qimonda with a takeover proposal.
Nanya Technology and Inotera Memories also belong to Formosa Plastics, a petrochemical business group based in Taiwan. The company has reportedly been approached by Qimonda for takeover, DigiTimes reports. Qimonda executive have reportedly met with Formosa Plastcis yesterday; executives from Inotera were also participating in the talks, the rport continues.
