Lacroix Electronique acquires Tharsys
LACROIX Electronique SAS (Vern sur Seiche), the EMS division of the Lacroix Group, has acquired Tharsys, a subsidiary of Sogeclair.
This transaction strengthens the position of Lacroix Electronique within the European market in both - the EMS and CDM segment (Contract Design & Manufacturing).
Tharsys is located near Toulouse, specializing in product development and electronic systems since 1990. It became a subsidiary of Sogeclair in 2000 and reported a turnover of €2.9 million in 2007. The company employs 22 staff.
