Sanmina-SCI completes sale of some PC operations
EMS provider Sanmina-SCI has completed the sale of some assents to Foxteq Holding.
The EMS-provider Sanmina-SCI has completed the sale of personal computing business operations and associated logistics services in Australia, Hungary, Mexico and the U.S. to Foxteq Holdings. This deal was long-time-coming, as Sanmna-SCI had announced the deal already in February this year. At the beginning of the year, the EMS-provider stated that the sale would incourage the focus on core competencies.
