To strengthen it's position in repairing photomasks Carl Zeiss is now taking over all the assets of the start-up firm Nawotech.
Nawotech has a top-class technology of repairing the expensive photomasks for chip manufacturing. Carl Zeiss is now happy to add this technology to it's product portfolio which will bring opportunities for a stronger presence on the certain market.
