Is there a safe place to keep my jacket and luggage while I attend the event? An unattended room with clothes rails will be available for the duration of the event. Valuables are left at your own risk. Is Wi-Fi available? There is no information currently available. Where can I leave feedback? All participants will receive a survey invite a few days after the event. By filling it out and sending it back, you will help us to organise an even better event next year. I would like to hold a presentation. Whom do I contact for more information? Please submit an abstract (100 - 150 words) together with a short presenter bio to Expo Support. The abstract must be non-commercial and should detail the nature and scope of the proposed presentation. We would also like to know who will be holding the presentation, so please provide us with job title, photo, company and email address.


Where can I park my vehicle? There are parking spaces available throughout the entire Science Park. The event location also provides access to an underground car park. What are the opening times? Please go here for more information. How much will my ticket cost? Admission is free. However, for organisational purposes we ask you to register your attendance. The QR-Code you receive with your confirmation email will be used to print your visitor badge. I'm a student and want to visit the Expo. Is that OK? Students with an electronics interest / major are welcome after 13:30. Do I need to stay all day? The exhibition and the presentations will run between 10:00 and 15:00. Plan your visit so it fits into your work schedule or around those sessions you are interested in. I need to cancel my participation. What shall I do? Contact Expo Support and we will cancel your registration.

Networking Dinner, how do I sign up? All exhibitors, sponsors and speakers are invited to join our Networking Dinner. Just check the button on the registration form. Or contact Expo Support. The dinner will be held at the Forum Adlershof, 200m across the road from the event venue. The dinner location - a renovated workshop area used by aerospace pioneer Hans Grade - features a replica of one of the earliest motorised airplanes and provides a historical backdrop to interesting conversations with other exhibitors. How do I send material in advance? There is no information currently available. What kind of information do we get when scanning the QR-code on the badges? The QR-code is registered with the Name, Company Name and Email Address of the person attending. Please remember to ask for permission before scanning the badges.
