AMS pulls out of Dialog deal
AMS and Dialog Semiconductor's preliminary discussions regarding a potential merger of equals between the companies has taken a halt.
AMS has terminated these discussions with Dialog Semiconductor and confirms that it does not intend to make an offer for Dialog Semiconductor.
