Valeo now part of Leoni

evertiq.com reported last year that Valeo has signed a contract with Leoni regarding the sale of its wiring harness activity, Valeo Connective Systems has now became part of Leoni. Leoni purchased the business unit for an enterprise value of 255 million euros.
