Flextronics Silicon Valley<br>property changes owner
Westcore Acquires Silicon Valley Property from Flextronics.
San Diego Bussiness Journal reports that San Diego-based Westcore Properties LLC said Dec. 27 that it has added a nine-building industrial park to its Northern California portfolio. Westcore purchased the 499,200 square feet of manufacturing space from Flextronics International USA Inc., an international electronics manufacturing services provider.
Flextronics will continue to occupy the buildings under a 10-year lease.
