VOGT electronics Letron division sold to CFC
German based VOGT electronics EMS GmbH located in Obernzell, has sold VOGT electronic Letron GmbH in Osterode to CFC Zwischenholding GmbH in Dortmund.
CFC Zwischenholding GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the investment company CFC Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KGaA in Dortmund.
Letron has lost money in recent years. They have approximately 80 workers and an annual turnover of approximately 12 millions Euros. With the sales of Letron, VOGT continues the announced restructuring concept, which leads to a clear reduction of the future cost structure.
