Foxconn may buy Amtran CBs
According to industry sources Taiwan based EMS provider Foxconn is interested in investing in display maker Amtran Technology.
Foxconn will invest in Amtran Technology through Amtran's recently announced NT$4 billion convertible bond (CB) issue.
According to Amtran the company has no knowledge of any potential investment partners.
