Flex & Solectron shareholders approve merger
Flextronics' shareholders and Solectron stockholders have approved the completion of Flextronics's proposed acquisition of Solectron.
Solectron stockholders voted to adopt the Agreement and Plan of Merger. Flextronics shareholders have also approved the issuance of Flextronics ordinary shares in the acquisition of Solectron. Flextronics expects to complete its acquisition of Solectron on October 1, 2007.
