Three new RoHS- exceptions suggested

Three new RoHS exemptions have been suggested.

30. Cadmium alloys as electro mechanic solder metal in electrical conductors used directly attached to the bobbin in converters in loudspeakers with large effect and sound effect levels at 110 dB or above. 31. Lead in soldering material in mercury free flat light emitters used for example in displays with liquid crystals or design- and industrial illumination. 32. Lead oxide in glass flux for assembly of glass sheets for argon- and krypton laser tubes. These are the tree new exceptions suggested except the RoHS directive. Any substitute to these materials have not been found. That is why these proposals are placed as exceptions. On October 3 at the latest the EU commission wants to receive an answer from the different EU countries.
