Delphi to invest EUR 6 million into Hungary

Automotive maker Delphi plans to invest EUR 6 miilion at its Packard Division for electronics in Szombathely, Hungary.
Delphi Hungary plans to expand the plant from 1500 sqm to 8000 sqm. The company will also add 140 employees with in six months, Világgazdaság reports. The parent company made a decision to switch focus from cables to electronic equipment at the Szombathely plant; therefore semiskilled labour will be replaced by skilled labour.
