Philips introduces lead-free LCD monitor
Royal Philips Electronics recently launched it's first RoHS complied LCD monitor.
Other lead-free products from Philips are going to be rolled out this year as well, such as: handsets, LCD-TVs and Mp3-players.
Acer and ViewSonic are two other companies that will introduce some lead-free products during this year. Acer claims that the LCDs and the components used in it's notebooks are lead-free.
