LG makes big investment in Russia
LG Electronics Inc. plans to invest €74 million ($100M) in a home appliance factory near Moscow in Russia. The factory should be ready by 2010, PCBWorld reports.
The plant will make refrigerators, televisions with plasma display panel, LCD-screens, and audio products. The announcement came less than a week after LG announced a plan to build a television plant in Poland.
