Teradyne & Solectron extends deal

The extended agreement between the two companies will include additional manufacturing and test requirements like final, configuration and test for most of Teradyne's Flexible Printed Circuit family products. This will be made in Solectron's Suzhou plant. The agreement between expires in 2010, however the deal may be automatically extended for subsequent annual terms. In November 2003 Terady and Solectron agreed on the original agreement. The value was not mentioned.
